Pay Rent

All rent payments should be sent to our Minneapolis office. All rents are due on the 1st of every month and are considered late on the 4th. Rent received between the 4th and 5th day will incur a $35 late fee. Rent received on the 6th day or beyond will incur a 6% of rent late fee.
